Our Business to Business Philosophy
We are noticing a trend in the industry, as of late. Organizations in the skills
assessment marketplace are beginning to market skills assessments to both
corporations as well as individuals. What is disturbing is that, in most cases,
the same exact assessment content is being offered to corporations, as is being
offered to individuals.
So, we would like to advise that Kenexa does not intend to market our skills
assessments in a business-to-consumer fashion. We feel that it would compromise
the proper protection of the investment that our clients have made with us. If
a candidate could simply visit a website and purchase an assessment via credit
card, prior to visiting one of our clients offices to take the same assessment,
it would all but nullify the investment you have made in your assessment solution.
While there is no doubt an opportunity to market assessments directly to
candidates, we hope that you will appreciate the commitment that we have made to
maintaining a business to business approach to marketing our assessments.
